DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. all sales are final. Please note,BELLASGLOW reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Refused delivery will incur a 10€ restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE ?
You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue falls off and gets rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us via our contact us page with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

Predominantly Vegan: Our product portfolio is predominantly vegan, aligning with ethical and environmental principles.
SPF Products: The only exception to our vegan range is our SPF products, which contain beeswax—a natural ingredient known for its protective qualities. Beeswax is sustainably sourced, and our use of it is respectful of bee life.
ECOCERT Certified: Our commitment to vegan principles is validated by ECOCERT certification, guaranteeing the organic integrity of our products and their ingredients.

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF NATURAL AND ORGANIC INGREDIENTS ARE WITHIN THE PRODUCT FORMULA?
This varies formula to formula – please see the product description for most accurate answer. But in general, in a natural certified formula at least 95% of total ingredients are natural.
Whereas in an organic certified formula, at least 95% of total ingredients are natural, at least 10% come from organic farming, and 95% of all plant-based ingredients must be organic, too.
